Recipes get tested and regional notes get checked before they go live, but a quantity can still be mistyped, and some kitchen history stays genuinely disputed even among people who grew up cooking a dish. Spotted something off? Use this form instead of a general comment so it gets tracked and actually reviewed.
What helps most
- The page URL or the recipe's name.
- The specific thing that's wrong — an amount, a step, a time, or a regional or historical point.
- A source, if you have one, and why you think the current text is off.
